McHenry County Libraries United would love for you to join us and learn more about our city -- especially its neighborhoods, history and architecture.  As Shermann "Dilla" Thomas says, everything that is dope is from Chicago! This event promises to be one to remember and seats will fill quickly.  

Enjoy a panel discussion with architectural historian Carla Bruni, neighborhood and Chicago history specialist Shermann "Dilla" Thomas, American television personality, writer, and producer Geoffrey Baer (WTTW), author Keir Graff (Chicago’s Fine Arts Building: Music, Magic, and Murder and more) and our moderator, Chicago Tribune columnist and Chicago enthusiast, Heidi Stevens.  The discussion will be followed by a Q & A and book signing, with merchandise available in the lobby/cafeteria of the MCC's Luecht Auditorium.
