Pay Range: $50–$80 per hour, based on experience

Job Description

Learning Linx, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide pediatric occupational therapy services in a growing private practice. This position offers full professional autonomy, with the OT independently responsible for clinical evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations

• Independently determine clinical needs and diagnoses

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct OT services

• Complete all required clinical documentation, including:

  • Evaluation reports

  • Treatment plans

  • Session notes

  • Progress reports

• Communicate with parents/caregivers

• Collaborate with educators and providers as appropriate (with consent)

• Maintain compliance with Illinois licensure and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

• Active Illinois OT license

• 1 or more years of pediatric experience required

• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently within scope of practice
