About Us

Arnold’s Construction started in 1963 as Arnold Bro’s with a mission to provide high-quality general residential contracting in Chicago and the surrounding areas. It was not too long after that Arnold Bro’s became a household name for local homeowners seeking professional service and quality results.

In the 1990s, Richard Arnold took over the family business. As more family members became involved in the business during this time, Arnold Bro’s changed into Arnold’s Construction. It was also during this time that we extended services to include commercial build outs, with some notable projects in Woodfield Mall and Spring Hill Mall.

In the late 2000s, Richard Arnold Jr. took over the business. Already having over 40 years as a household name, there were still ways to grow as a company. Arnold’s Construction further extended their services to include robust lighting, electrical, and commercial snow removal services. Soon afterward, we became ICC certified and recognized as a ComEd Energy Efficiency Provider, Amaron Energy Efficiency Provider, We Energy Efficiency provider, and Focus on Energy Provider.

Today, we continue to grow and adapt our services to meet the needs of local homeowners and business owners.
