Peak Medical Home Care has 41 years of experience providing professional medical and non-medical home care for all ages. Care provided is fully customizable and completely flexible for the maximum in care and affordability. What sets Peak apart from other care providers is that there are no contracts to sign. Getting started is easy and is only as frequent as the care needs to be. Peak Medical Home Care can provide services for 1 to 24 hours a day. Peak staff consists of Companions, CNAs, and Nurses (LPNs and RNs), so that you only get the care that you need. Some of the things that Peak staff can help with are medication reminders, assisting with nutrition (encouragement to eat, meal prep & planning), personal care & hygiene (oral care, shaving, dressing, bathing, toileting), mobility assistance (safe, guided transfers), housekeeping, laundry, errands (salon visits, grocery shopping, doctor appointments, health club). If supportive medical care in the home is necessary, Peak can also assist with that. Peak Nurses manage medications (order refills and contact physicians), fill medication boxes to ensure accuracy, check for skin integrity, change dressing on wounds, manage feeding tubes and can even provide one-time visits to assist with prepping for procedures. Peak Medical Home Care staff are trained in Dementia & Alzheimer's care. Peak also provides sitter services in senior communities to ensure the safety of residents who are living in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
