The Volo Museum, in Volo, Illinois, is a 75-acre destination that seamlessly blends automotive history with pop culture exhibits. Established in 1960 by the Grams family, it’s celebrating its 65th anniversary by completing a multi-million-dollar full museum makeover. They have added a new snow machine exhibit, a massive military combat zone renovation, new exhibits, attractions, movie cars, classic cars, a rare snowmobile exhibit, a full BBQ menu, and numerous upgrades, renovations, and improvements, making the grounds much more accessible for people with disabilities.
Beyond cars, visitors can explore a diverse range of attractions, including a newly renovated and expanded military exhibit, a vintage carousel hall, a fully functional Rock-afire Explosion animatronic show, and the Jurassic Gardens, a 15,000 sq ft. animatronic dinosaur park with mini golf and live reptiles. The museum is also expanding and improving its Titanic Museum and Disney Gallery. With its unique combination of history, entertainment, and interactive exhibits, the Volo Museum offers an engaging experience for visitors of all ages.
