We are writing to inform you of an important update to our online prescription policy. Beginning June 1, 2025, we will no longer be approving prescriptions to third-party pharmacies via fax, online portal, or phone. When fulfilling third-party pharmacy requests, patient safety is always our top priority. Each request is carefully reviewed by our dedicated prescription manager to verify correct dosage, ensure a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR), and confirm that your pet is not overdue
